Garrafeira Mundo's conditions of carriage are subject to the following terms:

1) Any and all alcoholic drinks available for sale in the Garrafeira Mundo electronic store can only be purchased by people who are of legal age to do so, in their country of residence.

2) The description, image and any other information of a product presented in the Garrafeira Mundo electronic store may be changed without prior notice. The images that illustrate each product may differ from the product delivered.

3) Under current Portuguese legislation, Garrafeira Mundo is obliged to add VAT to the legal rates of 6%, 13% and 23% for all products. The prices presented in Garrafeira Mundo's virtual presence always include VAT. The value of VAT can be deducted for public or private companies with legal registration in a European Union country.

4) If Garrafeira Mundo is unable to provide a customer's order in part or in full for immediate dispatch, the customer will be immediately contacted in order to decide the most appropriate procedure to resolve the situation.

5) Orders from Garrafeira Mundo are normally delivered by CTT, and can also be delivered by other companies, through our own distribution or picked up in our store. In general, an order takes 48 to 72 hours to be delivered in mainland Portugal, up to 15 working days in the islands of Madeira and Azores, up to 7 working days in Peninsular Spain, up to 10 working days in Europe, approximately 15 working days in other locations (except for exceptions to which we are unaware, such as natural disasters).

6) All products sent by Garrafeira Mundo must be examined by the customer immediately upon receipt. If any imperfection or damage to the product is detected, the customer must return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately notify Garrafeira Mundo, which will promptly resolve the incident.

7) Garrafeira Mundo is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages – the customer is responsible for seizing the respective order. If products are returned, Garrafeira Mundo will only refund the amount of the merchandise.

8) Garrafeira Mundo recognizes that all its customers have the right to terminate the contracts they have signed with it, allowing them to return products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law within 14 days. Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

9) Garrafeira Mundo reserves the right to cancel orders that result in incorrect values ​​due to computer errors, refunding the amounts paid immediately to buyers.
