Submissions
All shipments are made through the CTT Expresso network.
Shipping is free to mainland Portugal on orders over €75.
All shipments allow tracking.
Returns
Items returned within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as they were sent, are eligible for a refund or store credit.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to previously agreed exceptions.
The customer is responsible for shipping and other charges when making returns. Shipping and customs charges for the initial purchase are non-refundable.
