There's wine left, now what?

When we open a bottle, the wine is exposed to oxygen, which changes the sensory characteristics of the wine. So how can we preserve it once opened?

Some wines are stored for dozens of years. However, when we open a bottle, the wine is exposed to oxygen, which causes the wine's sensory characteristics to change. So how can we preserve it once opened?

Once opened, you can still drink the wine, however, its flavor will be altered.

  • If you don't like the taste of the wine, you don't need to throw it away, you can always use what's left and use it for cooking. Vine goes very well with meats, sauces and pasta. You can also use it in a dessert.
  • If you don't want to cook, you can use wine to wash fruits and vegetables, as wine helps remove existing impurities.
  • You can also use white wines to remove stains made by red wines.
